The Diploma in Hotel Management (Work-Based Learning) combines academic studies with structured workplace training in real hotel environments, offering students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing their coursework. Students spend up to 1 year in paid work-based learning with some of the best hotels in Malaysia. Throughout the programme, students rotate through essential departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Operations Management.
