The Diploma in Hotel Management offers students a comprehensive foundation in hospitality operations and management, equipping them with the essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in the hotel and service industries. The programme covers key operational areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Operations, Kitchen Operations, and Hospitality Management, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence, professional communication, teamwork, and adherence to industry standards. Through a blend of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and industry exposure, students gain a solid understanding of hotel operations and service delivery.
Full-time – 2 years 6 months
Part-time – 4 years
Upon successful completion, students will have the option to be awarded the IMI Diploma in International Hotel Management, granting them direct entry into the second year of an IMI degree programme in Switzerland.
