The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing at Kings University College is a research-focused doctoral programme designed to prepare the next generation of nursing scholars, educators, and leaders. Offered by the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences, this programme provides an in-depth foundation in research methodologies, empowering students to generate new nursing knowledge, advance theoretical frameworks, and lead impactful research initiatives to improve nursing practices and healthcare outcomes. Students will engage in research activities, mastering various research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. The programme culminates in a dissertation based on original research that contributes to the body of knowledge in nursing.
